In the event that you are upgrading from an older build to a more recent one, you may need to upgrade your existing database. This may be accomplished by in the following way.

Locate the Nathean Analytics database scripts folder. This may either be in your zip folder or available from your partner portal or from Nathean directly.

Check in your existing solution which database version you are currently on. This can be located in the About webpage of your solution. It can also be seen in the TBL_DATABASE ATTRIBUTES table of your Nathean Analytics database.

Knowing this, you’ll now have to update your database from your current version to the latest version by running the scripts located in your database scripts file. For example, if you’re updating from database version 2.1.0.48 to 2.2.0,3, you’ll need to run the scripts from 2.1.0.49 to 2.2.0.3 inclusive.

When this has been completed, you will have to update TBL_DATABASE_ATTRIBUTES to reflect the version you have updated to. Eg:

Update [LOGIX].[dbo].[TBL_DATABASE_ATTRIBUTES] Set DATABASE_VERSION = ’2.2.0.3’

You may also need to update your Audit database. It follows the same procedure as above, but does not require you to update another TBL_DATABASE_ATTRIBUTES table.
