Reports can be added to a schedule.

Click on the Add icon to add a report and select the Report to be added from the drop-down list in the new row in the grid:

Choose the output format(s) (XLS, XLSX, CSV, RTF or PDF) and delivery method (Email, FTP or Save File) and click on the Save icon to add the report the the schedule.

A Note on Delivery Methods:

  • Email will send a copy of the report in each selected format to the Email Address held on the User account of each of the selected Recipients the Schedule
  • FTP will upload a copy of the report in each selected format to the FTP server detailed in the Scheduled Export Location tab of the User Account of each of the selected Recipients
  • Save File will save a copy of the report in each selected format to the Network Folder Location detailed in the Scheduled Export Location tab of the User Account of each of the selected Recipients

Report File Names

The Report will be saved with the Filename Mask specified in the Scheduled Export Location tab of the User Account of each of the selected Recipients unless Ovewrite User Masks is selected in the Schedule Options tab of the Report definition:

File names can be dynamically generated using the following file name templates:
