If the schema names in Azure are not default, the installation may have specific files in App_Data/schema_lgx

The default schemas are:

Nathean (Eco) – lgx
Audit – lgxaudit

Check the connection string properties in the site you are upgrading, if there are “ssdl” references other than “LogixModel.ssdl” and “LogixAudit.ssdl” they will be reference here.
See these examples where the custom file name is XXXX_LogixModel.ssdl and XXXX_LogixAudit.ssdl.

<add name="LOGIX_MERGED_DATABASEEntities" connectionString="metadata=~\App_Data\schema_lgx\LogixModel.csdl|~\App_Data\schema_lgx\XXXX_LogixModel.ssdl
<add name="LOGIX_AUDIT" connectionString="metadata=~\App_Data\schema_lgx\LogixModel.csdl|~\App_Data\schema_lgx\XXXX_LogixAudit.ssdl

To create these custom SSDL files, copy the LogixModel.ssdl and LogixAudit.ssdl files and rename them to the filenames in the Connection String. In our example this would be a prefix of XXXX_
Open each file in Notepad++ and replace “Schema=“lgx”“ with “Schema=“SchemaNameInAzure”
