To create a new Schedule in the Schedule Listing screen:

  • Click on Add Schedule. This launches the New Schedule Wizard:
  • Enter a Title for the Schedule
  • Check the Activated box
  • Select a Dataset Group that the Schedule should inherit it’s permissions
  • Set the Scheduled Start Date and Time:
  • If the Schedule is to repeat, turn on Recurrence, select whether the report is to be run Daily, Weekly or Monthly enter the details
  • Click the Create New Schedule button to save the Schedule

Once a Schedule has been saved, Reports or View Exports can be added to the Schedule
