To add a new report, click on Reports menu and select Manage Reports.
Select Add Report
Enter Report Name and Display Name
Autorelease – if this is ticked and the report is on a schedule , then it won’t require approval first before being distributed.
If the report is on a schedule but you want someone to approve it first before it is distributed, then do not tick Autorelease and select Approver Name from Authorise Login or Approver Group from Authorise Group.
File Name Mask – enables you to dynamically generate file names when exporting a report.
This is accomplished by utilising available file name templates to create customised file names.

Overwrite User Masks – file name masks can also be configured on a user record. If this box is ticked, then it will use the File Name Mask from here instead of what is set at a user level.
Overwrite Existing File – tick this box if you want existing file to replaced with new one, otherwise it will give each file a unique name.
Subfolder Name – enables you to dynamically generate a folder name when exporting a report.
This is accomplished by utilising available templates to create customised folder names.

Email Body – you can enter the text you would like to appear in the body of the email that distributes the report e.g. Please find attached Profit & Loss Report
Select the Dataset and View that should be used for the source of the data for the Report.
